The American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC), St. Paul, MN, has awarded Julie Jones, professor of nutrition and food science at the College of St. Catherine, with the William F. Geddes Memorial Award, one of the association’s highest honors. The award was presented during AACC’s annual meeting awards ceremony in September.
